Complaints Procedure
We are committed to providing a high-quality service however, we recognise that issues may arise, and in
such instances, you may feel it necessary to make a complaint.
1. To make a formal complaint please send your concerns in writing to Paul Reid (Director) at
info@reidsproperty.co.uk. Paul will acknowledge your complaint, investigate and provide a response within 3
working days.
2. If we are unable to reach a satisfactory resolution, you may escalate your complaint to The Property
Ombudsman, with whom we are a member. The current process involves completing a form on their website,

Referral Fees
In accordance with our drive to provide the best possible service, we may on occasion recommend the services of third party companies to assist with your transaction. If you proceed to use one of these companies following our recommendation, the company will pay us a referral fee as outlined below:
Kingsley Bond Solicitors: £250 + VAT.
Taylor Rose Solicitors: £350 + VAT.
AWS Private Finance: A fee equal to 25% of the procuration fee the mortgage broker receives from the lender. This is the equivalent to £270 + VAT per transaction based on an average of recently completed transactions.
